Outreach Coordinator

WiNGS offers education programs, training and one-on-one financial coaching services that help women and families find their path to a better life. The Outreach Coordinator is a member of an established team delivering the WiNGS Finance and Career/Asset Building program. The Outreach Coordinator will work with the community to connect members and partners to WiNGS. In addition to creating awareness and recruiting participants, this position assists the Finance and Career team in executing program activities. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Reliable transportation is needed.

Financial Coach

WiNGS offers education programs, training and one-on-one financial coaching services that help women and families find their path to a better life. The Financial Coach works one-on-one with members to address financial issues such as goal setting, money management, credit, debt, saving and accessing funds for college. Coaches receive intensive Coaching Training, developing knowledge and skills to implement nationally recognized coaching methodologies. The Financial Coach is a member of an established team delivering the WiNGS Finance and Career/Asset Building program. In addition to our WiNGS Center at Ebby’s Place location, WiNGS partners with community sites to offer financial coaching. This position will split coaching time at WiNGS and partner locations in Dallas. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Member Services Liaison

WiNGS Center is intended for women and the community at-large. Its design is intentional, inviting the community in to share their expertise and engage with those in need as a mentor, financial coach, peer leader, teacher. A person’s first impression will have a lasting impact on their overall experience and connection to the Center. The Liaison will be responsible for first impression; from membership registration, communicating WiNGS programs to guests, routing and receiving inquiries, tracking program activities and coordinating Center logistics. This position will work a shifted schedule, with frequent nights and weekends.
