Financial Coach (Bilingual)

The Financial Coach plays a key role in our Economic Advancement Program, working one-on-one with members to set financial goals, learn budgeting tools, reduce debt and increase credit, savings and income. You don’t have to have an in-depth knowledge of financial principles, just a desire to encourage and motivate others. WiNGS provides intensive training on our coaching methodology. Evening and weekend hours are required for this position. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Development Manager

WiNGS is seeking a dedicated and exceptionally organized Development Manager to join us as an integral member of our small, but mighty team. Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Development Officer, the Development Manager will have significant opportunities to assume responsibilities across a wide range of fundraising; special events, individual giving, annual fund campaign, social media and marketing in addition to managing the donor database and administrative support.

Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator works closely with the Director of Volunteer Services to recruit, train, schedule, evaluate and retain volunteers. This position interacts with all agency departments to ensure meaningful volunteer opportunities are offered.  The Coordinator should be skilled at creating and conducting training programs, experienced with activities and resources to virtually manage a large volunteer workforce, and able to complete administrative tasks including data management and reporting. Frequent evening and weekend hours are required.

Member Liaison (Bilingual)

Women and volunteers come to WiNGS for education courses, one-on-one coaching/mentoring and networking events. The Member Liaison is responsible for facilitating an exceptional visitor experience, warmly welcoming and directing guests appropriately, coordinating Center logistics, answering questions and providing information on WiNGS programs. This position also provides administrative support across the organization by answering calls, coordinating appointment arrivals, managing the front desk and supporting volunteers as needed. The idea candidate is positive, outgoing, a strong communicator, detail oriented, tech savvy and able to handle the flow of people through the Center. This is a full-time position and including evenings and Saturdays. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Small Business Trainer

The Women’s Enterprise Center provides education, mentorship and resources to help women launch and grow their small business. The Small Business Trainer is primarily responsible for the coordination and implementation of the training components for the Women’s Enterprise Center. This position works closely with female entrepreneurs, community experts, volunteers and staff so must be able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Most business courses are taught in the evenings. Frequent evening and weekend hours are required.
