Jamie O’Banion

CEO & Co-Founder, BeautyBio

Jamie O’Banion is Founder and CEO of BeautyBio. Jamie’s roots in the beauty lab, working alongside her physician and biochemist father, inspired a line formulated with clinical-grade skincare ingredients delivered in clean formulas with visible results. After launching an award-winning retinol system in 2011, Jamie followed up their debut one year later with a patented at-home microneedling tool, GloPRO®, that not only made waves in the industry, but helped steer the burgeoning conversation about at-home self-care. BeautyBio’s edited collection is now sold globally at prestige retailers such as Sephora, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Harrods, HSN and on QVC US, UK, Italy and Germany. GloPRO® received Allure’s coveted Best of Beauty award, CEW’s Best New Beauty Tool, Cosmopolitan UK Best Facial Gadget award, Town & Country magazine award for prestige beauty and a New Beauty Award. BeautyBio received the prestigious 2018 Product of the Year award from WWD.

Highlighted by Forbes as one of four female entrepreneurs to watch, Jamie has also been featured in The New York Times, Time magazine, The Robb Report and Town & Country and was voted the Most Beautiful Woman in Dallas by D Magazine. She is a winner of the 2019 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award that spotlights “unstoppable entrepreneurs” who are leaders, pioneers and game changers in their respective industries. Jamie was also the recipient of the Rising Star Award from Fashion Group International and named both a Fresh Face of Fashion and Woman of Style by Modern Luxury. She is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council, a member of BYU’s National Advisory Counsel and currently pre-chair for the Children’s Cancer Fund Gala. She proudly supports and donates time to The Family Place. Jamie resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and three children.
