About the WiNGS Center
Is there parking?
Yes, we have private gated parking behind our building. There is also a door that leads directly into our Center where you will be greeted by one of our liaisons.

Of course! Children are always welcome at WiNGS. We have books that kids can take into the classroom or you can bring a quiet activity from home for your child. Please bring headphones for any electronics.
How long are the classes?
The English RiSE series is 4 weeks. Each three-hour class meets on the same day/time each week. The Spanish RiSE series is offered in 4 weeks (on Saturdays) or 6 weeks (during the week). Both series are 12 hours long. You can find a list of classes on the calendar.
Is this really free?
Yes, they are at no cost to you! All we ask is that you commit to the full 12 hours when you sign up.
What will I learn?
This class helps gets you started with taking control of your finances. You’ll learn things like how to improve your credit score or get rid of your debt. You’ll set your own personal financial goals based on what’s important to you. You’ll even get to talk to your own financial coach as you create a plan that’s just right for you.
Do you offer classes for children?
At this time, we do not offer classes specifically for children. We do offer family friendly classes such as Children’s Savings, Couponing, DIY classes, and Mommy and Me Yoga, where parents are encouraged to bring their children.
What is Financial Coaching?
Financial Coaching is a lot like coaching in sports. You and your Coach work together to strengthen your skills. Like in sports, the Financial Coach does not do the work for you, but is there to provide tools, resources, support and accountability as you work toward your goals. Coaching can be done in-person, by phone, or even email—you decide what works best for you.
How do I know if Coaching is right for me?
For starters, you need to be open to creating new money habits and ready to commit to working toward your goal. You and your coach will work together to create your own personal plan. The first session or two is held in-person, to get you off to a good start. From there, you and your Coach decide what works best to keep things moving – in-person meetings, phone calls, even email.
When is Coaching available?
We know you’re busy, so we offer regular evening sessions and some sessions on Saturday mornings. You and your Coach will figure out the best schedule for you.
How do I sign up for Coaching?
Coaching starts with education. You begin by signing up for the RiSE Series. In this course you’ll create a budget, track your spending and start to set your first financial goal. In week 3, you’ll meet your financial coach. The work you’ve completed in the education classes gives you a jump start on your path to financial freedom.
